Shipping
All information collected on this website is confidential and will only be used to ship your order. Shipping time is separate from production time or the time we need to process each order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. Delivery delays may occur, especially in remote areas beyond Alexandra G Jewels' control. These delays are not the responsibility of Alexandra G Jewels but of the shipping company, and we cannot offer any compensation.
In case your package is lost, the customer and Alexandra G Jewels must complete the lost package claim process by contacting the shipping company and filing a report. This process may take up to 3 business days. Once the process is complete, Alexandra G Jewels will resend the replacement package. If you request a refund, it will be issued as a gift card valid for 90 calendar days.
The customer is responsible for tracking their package. If the package is returned to our workshop due to incorrect or missing information on the shipping label, the customer must pay for the reshipment.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Before purchasing, please be sure to read the information for each product.
We can only make an exception if the order you received is different from the one you ordered, arrived damaged, or the package was lost. If this is the case, please write to us at alexandrag.jewels@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you.
In the event of a refund, it will be issued as a gift card and will be valid for 6 months.
All our items have a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt in case of manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not apply if the item shows bite marks or intentional alterations.

What materials are they made of?
Each of our pieces is crafted with carefully selected materials to guarantee beauty, durability, and artisanal quality. We use double-coated copper wire: one layer of color and another of protective polymer, which helps prevent corrosion and wear. Some designs include bronze bases with 14K or 18K gold plating, as well as crystals, pearls, faux leather cords, and Swarovski elements, among other materials that vary depending on the model. Each piece of jewelry is unique and handcrafted with dedication, paying attention to every detail to offer you a lasting and meaningful accessory.
How can I take care of my accessories?
To maintain the shine and beauty of your jewelry: Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, creams, or chemicals. Store them in a dry place, preferably in a small pouch or individual case. Clean them gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use. With these care tips, your pieces will remain radiant for a long time.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! At Alexandra G. Jewels, we love creating jewelry with meaning. You can request a custom piece inspired by your profession, your favorite colors, or a special story you want to carry with you. Just write to us through the contact form or on Instagram, and we'll be happy to help you create your ideal design.
Do the accessories change color or get damaged?
Thanks to the polymer coating, the pieces are protected against oxidation and discoloration. However, like all handcrafted jewelry, they require proper care to maintain their original appearance. Continuous use, exposure to humidity, or chemicals can affect their durability over time. If you care for them correctly, your jewelry can last for many years. Some of my pieces, over five years old, still look beautiful, proof that good care makes all the difference.

Do you ship?
Yes, we ship to all of the United States and soon to other countries as well. Each order is carefully prepared and delivered in special packaging, perfect for a gift or for yourself. You'll be able to see shipping options and costs at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We take 2 business days to process all orders (except for personalized orders, these take 1 week to 10 days) + the shipping time you choose.
